Alistair Duncan of Vancouver, Canada was elected to the Board of Directors of Migenix on September 8, 2004. Mr. Duncan co-founded Chromos Molecular Systems Inc. in 1996 and served as the Company's Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer and in July 1999, Mr. Duncan was appointed President and CEO. Prior to joining Chromos, Mr. Duncan was a Principal with the Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and International Life Sciences Group. Mr. Duncan serves as Chair for the Board of Directors of the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research and the BC Technology Industry Association, and as director (Past Chair) of the BC Research Institute for Children's & Women's Health. Mr. Duncan is a Chartered Accountant and received a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia. |
